Who We Are

How we work

Symplectic prides itself on having a collaborative working environment. In our London office there are regular stand-up meetings, attended by everyone including the CEO and senior management, for us to share what we’re working on and to keep up-to-date with each other. We use Slack ‎and other online tools to help maintain regular contact with members of the team based overseas.

We work in close collaboration with our clients and partners, in each stage of the development cycle, through to implementation and ongoing support. We host feedback sessions with users of our products, and always strive to deliver creative updates and features that help solve real-world problems.

The Symplectic team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, including scientific research, software development, universities, and the private sector. Some have 20 years experience in the industry, and others are in their first job since graduating. Learning from each other, sharing knowledge, and helping each other is very important to us.
