We have yet another successful virtual event – this time in North America. The aim of our user meetings is reconnecting with our client base and sharing our plans for future development of The Elements Platform. This year’s 2-day virtual user meeting was no different. On day one we were able to share some of the most exciting updates coming to Elements, especially Version 6 which is planned to be released later this year. Guests also got to hear from Jonathan Breeze, CEO of Symplectic on the evolution of Symplectic over the last few years and the future direction of our product.
Day 2: Hear from our clients
On the second day of the event we handed the screen share over to four of our North American clients to share their personal experience working with The Elements Platform and the Symplectic team. We heard talks from McMaster University, University of Colorado Boulder, University of Pennsylvania and The University of Illinois at Chicago. The range of topics covered allowed our user community to connect over similar challenges and triumphs – topics included implementation, assessment, reporting and more. We then followed the presentations with an open forum question and answer session. Despite these unprecedented times we are so glad we are able to connect with our user community and maintain some of the more valuable aspects of our user meetings.
